General Job Description:

An ambitious prep cook to prepare next level high quality dishes based off the menu presented to our guests. An excellent line cook must be able to handle high pressure volume, ability to multi-task and execute dishes in a fashion that sets a precedent within our guests.  Responsibilities will include:

·       Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment for that shift 
·       Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling of vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
·       Present time management skills to ensure food quality is taken care of while multi-tasking
·       Have knowledge of how to cook menu items in various utensils or equipment
·       Produce dishes that are consistent every time they are presented to our guests
·       Comply with all food, sanitation and safety regulations
·       Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
·       Continue to check quality of ingredients throughout that shift
·       Provide information to your management team when there is a need for items to properly execute your responsibilities
·       Bring ideas and solutions to your management team on ways to better your restaurant and execution
·       Work side by side with your teammates and represent an attitude of passion for the job that you do with support for each other
