General Job Description:

Talk about an important role. When guests come to Gia Mia, you make sure the food and the beverages are the star. Our bussers make sure everything is always ready and welcoming. To provide our guests with a clean and tidy restaurant while also supporting and assisting all team members throughout the guests dining experience:

·       Open the restaurant up by setting up different stations with the necessary items

·       Close down the restaurant and breakdown, clean and organize areas of the restaurant

·       Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating, pre-bussing

·       Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables

·       Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new guests

·       Reset all tables after guest departure

·       Restocking different areas of the restaurant with necessary items to keep the follow of business consistent

·       Greeting and refilling drinking glasses with water

·       Bringing out meal orders for guests when needed

·       Handling cleaning of the restaurant at the close of day

Required Skills

·       Desire to provide exceptional service throughout the entire shift

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team

·       Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
